Stuffing
A few plastic pellets in the hands and the feet. Plastic pellets and cotton wool in the torso. Cotton wool in the head. A little cotton wool in the mouth.
Assembly
Sew the ears and the mouth part onto the head.
Stitch the nose, the mouth and the eyes. Felt could be used as the nose if you wish. And then put the finishing touches on the face with stitching the eyebrows. Design the face as you like it.
Sew the head onto the torso. Sew the hands, the feet and the tail onto the torso.
